Contact Center Agent | full-time | part-time | flexible
We need colleagues, not just any colleagues but those really good ones. Those colleagues who make everyone say, "Wow, who is that?We are looking for someone who likes being helped on the phone. You call with a problem or question and BAM, that colleague gets it. He/she is clear, makes you feel good and is friendly. Someone who knows how to make every conversation a party. That's the kind of person we're looking for. And you may be looking for us, too. "Why?" You may be thinking now. Well, here's why:
Where do you end up?
At SpangenbergGroup (never heard of it, just Googling). We have all kinds of clients that we help with their customer service. Usually companies hire us because we're just pretty good at doing customer service. We are not that big, but we are very cozy. The atmosphere is informal and because we are a family business, the dynamics are often just a little *different* (*read entirely) than at larger companies.
Our contact center is run by brother and sister Floris and Clair Spangenberg, aka the bosses. They are supported by the operations boss who in turn directs the team leaders; they are called our project bosses. That sounds like a lot of bosses, but at our headquarters in Maastricht you notice the short lines of communication and informal atmosphere within our team. Our open-door policy is much appreciated.
'I have now been working at SpangenbergGroup for 1.5 years and am enjoying myself. Things are really different here than in any other random call center. My project boss is very easy to deal with, but I know I can walk into the operations boss' office with the same ease. And even with the management, the door is always open. It is a family company and you really feel that. Everyone is left in their own right. In addition, the cup-a-soup, the office fruit, the candy and chocolate and the wide choice of coffee is appreciated by many of us. All free, by the way! Ow, and the paid break that I haven't had before either.'
You don't have to fly down the aisles in a cape or flex your muscles in a cool pose to be that real hero for us. Do what you do best, be open to learning and feel responsible for the clients of the project you work for. You will join a company with enthusiasts who are working every day to help out that customer in need.
The principal
You've been triggered, otherwise you wouldn't have gotten to this bit of text. So we'd like to tell you a little bit more about the client we need you for. This one is in the world of real estate agents. And not the one who actually sells the houses, but rather the company that takes care of the photos of the houses. And have you ever seen a 3D movie like this of a house for sale? That's it!
You call the photographer, schedule or reschedule appointments. Because the company is slowly growing towards Wallonia, we are looking for someone who speaks good French as well as Dutch. Bilingual so you can help both the Dutch and the Walloon customer. How nice!
