Where will you end up?
At SpangenbergGroup, in Maastricht. We have all kinds of clients we help with their customer service. From technical companies to fashion, swimming pools and much more, we can do it all! Usually, companies hire us because we are just really good at customer service. We really are customer service. We are not that big, but very cosy. The atmosphere is informal and because we are a family business, the dynamics are often slightly (read: completely) different from larger companies.
Our contact centre is run by brother and sister Floris and Clair Spangenberg, aka the bosses. They are supported by the operations boss who in turn directs the day-to-day operations. That sounds like a lot of bosses, but at our headquarters in Maastricht you mainly notice the short lines of communication and informal atmosphere within our team. The doors are always open, we don't like long meetings, and everyone is allowed to be themselves. Got a good idea? Just walk in and maybe ten minutes later you are already working on it!
Become our new hero!
Of course, we couldn't do anything without all our heroes who make a difference for our customers every day. We are therefore looking for reinforcements for this fantastic team of heroes, currently mainly clothing experts. Don't worry: you don't have to fly down the aisles in a cape or flex your muscles in a cool pose to be a real hero for us. Do what you do best, be open to learning and feel responsible for the clients of the project you work for. You will join a company with enthusiasts who are working every day to help out that customer in need.
Job requirements
You:
- You are an enthusiastic go-getter;
- masters the Dutch language perfectly;
- Are available for 16 to 40 hours a week;
- likes to work flexible hours, but standard office hours are also a possibility;
- have an even greater advantage if you already have at least 1 year of customer contact experience. This could easily include hospitality or another service profession.
